Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a senile dementia and is the most common form of dementia. This incurable, degenerative, and terminal disease was first described by German psychiatrist and neuropathologist Alois Alzheimer in 1906. Mostly it is prevalent after 60 years of age. Alzheimer's can also occur
