Ayurveda is an inseparable part of Sanskrit and every aspect related to life has been explained in it. Udyan Arya, Head of Sanskrit Academy Chandigarh officially announced the seminar on Swasth Bharat- How to live a healthy life which was organized at Chandigarh in the month of November. The main aim of the programme was to guide everyone and create awareness on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle using Ayurveda.
The four doctors present to show light on different topics were Dr DevBrata- Principal, Gurukul Kurukshetra, Dr Raj Kumar, Principal D.A.V Ayurvedic College, Dr Madan Gulati, ex deputy director Ayurvedic department, Chandigarh and Dr Gurdesh Kaur Brar.
