Chahatt Khanna - Chahatt Khanna Embraces Ayurvedic Lifestyle, Says She Takes No Medicines

Actor Chahatt Khanna has opened up about her shift towards holistic wellness, revealing that she no longer relies on medicines and has adopted an Ayurvedic lifestyle focused on conscious living and self-awareness.

Best known for her role in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Khanna shared that her journey began with a deeper curiosity about health and well-being.

A Shift Towards Holistic Healing

Speaking about what prompted the change, Khanna said, “Curiosity of knowing the root cause of physical suffering made me shift towards gaining deeper knowledge.”

What began as a search for answers gradually evolved into a complete lifestyle transformation. Her routine now includes practices such as eating before sunset, meditation, and chakra healing.

“I’ve changed a lot… I’ve stopped consuming alcohol, and anything I feel carries low energy,” she said, highlighting her focus on aligning both physical and mental well-being.

Conscious Living Beyond Diet and Fitness

Khanna emphasised that her approach goes beyond food and exercise, extending into everyday choices and energy awareness.

“Even metals matter. I’ve moved to silver, copper, bronze, and iron because everything holds a frequency,” she explained, underscoring her belief in the impact of small lifestyle changes.

According to the actor, these shifts are not restrictive but part of becoming more conscious. She noted that tuning into the body’s signals plays a key role in maintaining balance.

Avoiding Chemicals and Modern Interventions

As part of her wellness journey, Khanna revealed that she avoids chemicals in all forms, including medicines, injectables, and beauty treatments.

“I don’t take chemicals in my body, whether through medicines, injectables, or beauty treatments. I’ve also reduced exposure to artificial elements and moved towards Ayurveda,” she said.

She added that these changes have had a deeper impact beyond physical health, influencing her mental well-being and internal patterns.

“Alignment Is Something You Return To”

Reflecting on her transformation, Khanna described the process as a return to alignment rather than something forced.

“When you start listening, your body tells you what aligns and what doesn’t,” she said.

She further added, “There comes a point where doing everything ‘right’ still doesn’t feel aligned… For me, alignment is not something you force… it’s something you return to.”
