ArogyaExpress Portal Launched on Chief Minister’s Birthday

Pramod Sawant launched ArogyaExpress.com on the occasion of his birthday. The platform aims to provide a one-stop solution for digital healthcare services.
It offers tele-consultations, medicine delivery, and home-based care. Services include nursing, physiotherapy, yoga, and paramedical support.
Free Tele-Consultations, Paid Medicine Delivery
The launch took place during the “Health with Ayurveda” programme. The Chief Minister urged citizens to use the platform actively.
He announced that tele-consultations will be free of cost. However, medicine delivery services will be chargeable.
“Many initiatives will be taken under Ayurveda in the coming days. We will also upgrade the single-window clearance system for registration of clinical establishments and doctors,” he said.
Push for Ayurveda and Integrated Healthcare
Meanwhile, Vishwajit Rane announced statewide Ayurveda camps starting immediately. These camps aim to improve healthcare access across regions.
He added that Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and Community Health Centres (CHCs) will offer multiple systems of care. These include homeopathy, allopathy, and physiotherapy.
In addition, integrated speciality services are planned for every hospital. This move is expected to strengthen the state’s healthcare network.
Plans for Medical Education and Employment
Rane also highlighted plans for a new education complex. It will house medical institutes, including nursing and physiotherapy colleges.
“This will help students gain better access to learning opportunities. Not only that, but assured employment opportunities will also be provided by the government,” he said.
He also extended birthday wishes to the Chief Minister. Furthermore, he praised Sawant’s leadership and long-term planning in the healthcare sector.
