Strain the mixture and allow it to cool slightly while keeping it warm
Add one teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of black salt
Mix well and consume immediately

This drink is recommended for instant relief when symptoms arise.

Suggested Usage for Ongoing Relief

For those who frequently experience gas or indigestion, the practitioner advises a more consistent routine. The drink can be consumed twice daily—once in the afternoon and again about 15 minutes after dinner.
